"Gift packaging didn’t feel as special as I hoped"
I ordered this as a gift and added the paid packaging because I wanted it to feel a little more thoughtful when it arrived. To me, gift wrap is part of the whole experience, so I was expecting something that looked polished and ready to hand over.
Unfortunately, the box arrived a bit bent, and the wrapping looked kind of rushed, almost like it had been put together at the last minute. The actual item inside was fine, which I appreciated, but the first impression wasn’t really what I had in mind.
For the extra cost, I just expected the presentation to feel nicer. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel special enough that I’d feel comfortable sending it directly to someone as a gift next time.

"Website made it sound fresh, but it wasn’t"
I was confused because the website made everything seem like it would be fresh and worth the price, but my order didn’t really match that. A few items looked like they’d been sitting around for a while, and the taste was just off. I expected a lot better based on what was advertised. i don’t think I’d order again.

"Really fun and interesting factory tour"
I really enjoyed this factory tour! The staff were friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, which made it fascinating to see how things are done behind the scenes. It did feel a little rushed at times, but overall it was definitely worth checking out.

I felt kind of embarrassed because I wasn’t really sure if I was supposed to ask for help or just wait, but the staff didn’t seem very friendly or attentive. I ended up feeling a little ignored, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

I ended up liking ethelm.com more than I expected, honestly. There was just a lot to pick from, and I kind of kept clicking around finding different things I needed without that annoying feeling of having to open five other sites. It made shopping easy, and I found a few things quickly, which was nice.
"Refund took longer than it should have"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix.
They did get back to me, to be fair, but the replies weren’t exactly speedy, and I had to repeat myself more than once, which made it feel like nobody was really reading the details properly.
The refund did come through in the end, so it’s not like they ignored me completely, but it definitely took longer than it should have. I just wish it had been handled with a bit more urgency and less back and forth.

"Box showed up totally beat up"
My order got here looking like it had been kicked around and left out in the rain. The box was crushed, wet, and just a mess. Not exactly what you want to see when you’re waiting on something you paid for.

I stopped in and the store just didn’t feel very clean. The floors were messy and it kind of made the whole place feel neglected. I tried reaching out to support about it, but I just kept getting bounced around in the same loop without any real answer, which made the experience even more frustrating.

I tried using the site for a bit, but it was frustrating. Pages took too long to load, the menu didnt really make sense to me, and I kept having to click aroud just to find basic info. After a while I just gave up. Not a great experince overall

"Pretty nice visit to the cactus garden"
We stopped by the cactus garden and, i liked it more than I thought I would. There were a lot of interesting plants, and it was easy to wander around without feeling rushed. I will say, a few of the signs could maybe be clearer because we did get a little turned around at one point. But overall, it was a nice way to spend some time, and I’d probably recommend checking it out if you’re nearby

I reached out to support twice about my order and didn’t get much of a real answer. The first reply took a few days, and after I sent a simple follow-up question, I never heard back again.
I can’t say if this is how they handle everyone, maybe I just got unlucky, but it definitely felt like they only reply when they feel like it. It was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless their customer service improves

Checkout was smooth overall. The payment page did freeze once, because apparently we all need a little suspense while buying something, but a quick reload fixed it and I was able to finish without any real issues.
